Delete Your Account

Delete instantly in the app (recommended)

Open VolleyForm → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all associated data: your profile, technique analyses, pose data, goals, achievements, and any videos you uploaded. This cannot be undone.

Or request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@volleyform.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 48 hours, then confirm by email.

What gets deleted

All personal data tied to your account: profile information (name, email), technique analyses and scores, pose data files, goals and achievements, uploaded videos, and your sign-in credentials (Google or Apple). Deletion is permanent.

What may be retained

Training videos you explicitly contributed to improve our AI (via Quick Label or the coach labeling tool) may be retained in anonymized form, disconnected from your identity, as described in our Terms of Service. Standard server logs are retained briefly for security and then purged on a rolling basis.
